Automatic migration (cPanel accounts)
If your current provider uses cPanel, migration is automatic:
- In your client area open your hosting plan and click Migrate my site.
- Enter the server (domain or IP), username and password of your old cPanel.
- Confirm: we copy files, email, databases and settings. Progress shows on the same page.
Your password is used once to connect and is never stored. The automatic migration replaces the content of your new plan, so it is available while the plan is empty and once per plan.
Assisted migration (other panels)
If your provider uses Plesk, DirectAdmin or another panel, a ticket opens automatically and our team migrates the site for you, free and without downtime.
After migrating
Point your domain's nameservers to ns1.webhosting.do and ns2.webhosting.do. Within a few hours your site and email will run from WebHosting.do.
