These terms govern the relationship between Grupo Calcaño Fermin EIRL and its customers. By creating an account or ordering a service you accept them.
1. Services
We provide web hosting, reseller hosting, virtual servers, domain registration and transfers, and SSL certificates as described in each plan.
2. Account and data
You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date, including your RNC or cédula if you need fiscal-credit receipts.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
3. Payments, currency and invoicing
Services are billed in advance for the chosen cycle. Prices exclude ITBIS unless stated.
Your account currency (RD$ or US$) is locked after your first payment and every invoice is issued in that currency.
4. Renewal, suspension and cancellation
Services renew automatically. If an invoice becomes overdue the service may be suspended and later terminated according to the terms shown in the client area.
You can request cancellation from the client area at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting and any activity that harms other customers are not allowed.
6. Domains
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of each registry (ICANN, NIC.DO and others). The registrant is responsible for renewing on time.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the last billing period. We recommend keeping your own backups.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
