1. 30-day guarantee
Shared and reseller hosting carry a money-back guarantee within the first 30 days of the first order.
2. Non-refundable services
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers, issued SSL certificates, software licenses and setup fees are non-refundable.
3. VPS servers
VPS servers can be cancelled at any time, but the billed period is non-refundable once the server has been provisioned.
4. How to request it
Request cancellation from the client area and open a ticket with the billing department explaining the reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method or as account credit, with the corresponding credit note.
